Do you deliver across India?
We currently deliver in selected Indian cities and zones. Use the PIN code checker at checkout to confirm availability for your address.
- Typical delivery: 25–35 minutes nearby; peak hours 45–60 minutes.
- Live order tracking link is shared via SMS.
- Contact support if your PIN code is not recognized.
Do you have a pure veg section and Jain options?
Yes. We maintain a dedicated vegetarian prep line with separate utensils, cutting boards, and pans. Our ovens have segregated lanes for veg-only bakes.
Jain-friendly options and no-onion-no-garlic sauce are available on request. Mention your preference in order notes.
Are your meats Halal?
All our chicken is Halal-certified from verified Indian suppliers. Non-veg prep uses separate utensils and storage to avoid cross-contact with veg items.
What spice levels do you offer?
Choose from Mild, Medium, or Spicy. You can add a note for extra chilli flakes or request no chilli at all.

Do you use wood-fired ovens?
We use high-heat stone-deck electric ovens to ensure consistent baking and food safety. A roasted, smoky note is achieved via roasted toppings and proper bake profiles.
How do I track my order?
An SMS with a live tracking link is sent right after dispatch. If you have an account, you can also open the Orders section on our site to track in real-time.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order before it enters the baking stage. If there's a quality or delivery issue, we provide a re-bake replacement or a 100% refund within 24 hours of delivery after a quick verification.
Which allergens should I be aware of?
Common allergens in our kitchen: wheat (gluten) and milk (dairy). Some toppings may contain soy and nuts. We take care, but cross-contact is possible in a shared environment.
What are your operating hours?
Open daily 10:30–23:30. Fridays and Saturdays we serve till 00:30. Last order cutoff is 20 minutes before closing time.
Do you offer half-and-half pizzas?
Yes, you can choose half-and-half on our Large pizzas. A small surcharge applies for the additional handling.
Do you provide corporate or party catering?
Yes, we offer corporate and party catering. Minimum order is 10 pizzas, and we request 24 hours advance notice. For large events, call +91 98503 27416.
Which cheese do you use?
We use premium mozzarella and cheddar blends for excellent melt and stretch. All cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery in select serviceable areas.
